Some jobs just seem to take on a life of their own and this was one of them.  The site is n the final stages of testing and development still, so there is sample data on the site.   Initially a simple concept that grew into a fairly complex system of sites.  The public website is actually one of three related URLs.  The other two URLs are private control panels; one for the site administrators and the other for Employers.

All three URLs interact with a central database to work with all administrative, job, employer and job seeker information. The site graphics were handled by another team, but the functionality of all three sites were completely designed and built by QTM.
